Koorosh Khashayar’s practice includes all aspects of real estate law, contract law, and issues relating to green building and LEED certification. He has experience representing corporations, investors, developers, and lenders in connection with the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate. He has also drafted documents concerning commercial real estate loan workouts, foreclosures, temporary restraining orders, and preliminary injunctions. Moreover, he has prepared contracts and negotiated agreements for owners of domestic and international corporations.
Mr. Khashayar’s real estate background started when he obtained his real estate brokers license and continued through a Master of Laws in Real Property Development where he spent an entire year studying transactional real estate law. Before moving onto the Khashayar Law Group, he spent time separately assisting a hotel developer and the international law firms of Holland and Knight LLP and Greenberg Traurig LLP with various commercial real estate contractual issues.
