Mr. Khashayar brings a unique perspective to the firm.

With over 10 years experience as a California Licensed Private Investigator, combined with his bachelor's degree in psychology and working with the San Francisco District Attorneys' office. He brings experience in a variety of practice areas, including commercial and residential real estate, breach of contract and criminal defense.

His unique mastery of legal concepts and ability to analyze complex issues is garnered from his considerable experience. Mr. Khashayar has effectively handled countless criminal and civil cases, and has argued successfully to benefit his clients.

Mr. Khashayar has represented and successfully litigated breach of contract, as well as tort claims, against big corporations and insurance companies, such as Century 21, KB Homes and Costco. Furthermore, he has effectively represented major lenders, brokers, and companies in the region.

His experience with the San Francisco District Attorney's Office combined with his practice as a Licensed Private Investigator has allowed him to defend individuals accused of DUI/DWI, burglary, possession, and larceny, with great success.
