With over 10 years' experience as a California Licensed Private Investigator, Over 6 years as a California Criminal Defense Litigator, combined with his bachelor's degree in psychology and working with the San Francisco District Attorneys' office, he is very aggressive and brings his clients the results they are looking for.
His unique mastery of legal concepts and ability to analyze complex issues is garnered from his considerable trial experience. Mr. Khashayar has effectively handled countless criminal cases, and has argued successfully to benefit his client's constitutional rights.
Mr. Khashayar is dedicated to defending those accused of crimes and has personally handled hundreds of criminal cases. Mr. Khashayar is experienced in handling all misdemeanor and felony cases including DUI defense, domestic violence, theft crimes, white collar crimes, drug crimes, probation violations, violent crimes, guns and arms violations, and Felony strike cases. Mr. Khashayar has obtained successful results for many of his clients including case dismissals, not guilty verdicts, reduced charges, and favorable plea bargains.
