Mike Kazerouni

After graduating from the University of California in Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts Degreee in Political Science, Mr. Kazerouni pursued his passion for law by attending the Chapman University School of Law in Orange County, California. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, and the Iranian American Bar Association.

While at Chapman Law School, Mr. Kazerouni served as a student editor for Orange County's prestigious Bar Association Publication, The Orange County Lawyer. In his first year of law school, Mr. Kazerouni was instrumental in establishing the first ever Iranian Law Student Association at Chapman University and was elected to head the organization for two consecutive terms.

Working with large start-up companies while attending law school, Mr. Kazerouni gained experience and developed a passion for Business Law and Real Estate Law.

Abbas Kazerounian

Mr. Kazerounian attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, where he graduated in two years. Since graduation, he has worked with Sayegh & Associates PLC and The Law Offices of Kyron Johnson. Throughout his career, Mr. Kazerounian has practiced in the areas of entertainment law, civil litigation (including both plaintiff and defendants) and business law. Mr. Kazerounian currently holds a 100% litigation record.

Mr. Kazerounian’s area of concentration is Entertainment, particularly film and television. Mr. Kazerounian’s background makes him an ideal entertainment attorney due to his knowledge of the artistic and legal aspects of the business. Mr. Kazerounian studied theatre and performance before attending the prestigious London Academy of Performing Arts. Mr. Kazerounian has been a professional actor and writer for eight years. His novels include The Little Man and its' upcoming sequel. Mr. Kazerounian currently has three of his screenplays optioned.

Mr. Kazerounian’s acting roles have spread from leading roles on the West End’s stage in Sleuth, to BBC leads in The Land of Green Ginger, to HBO’s The Hamburg Cell and the upcoming independent feature (also written by him), Universal Senses.

Mr. Kazerounian has been uniquely successful in the acting, writing and legal industries.
